There are two ways to order your Xtreme Magic Sing microphones, chips, and accessories:- Through our partner banks' remittance center abroad
- Using our online shopping cart
How to order through a remittance center
You could order Xtreme Magic Sing microphones and accessories though a remittance center in two 2 simple steps:
- Accomplish an order form provided in the remittance center and
- Pay the corresponding amount to the teller.
How to Order Online
- From Xtreme Magic Sing main page, click "Shop Online" and browse the items you would like to purchase.
- Enter the quantity you want on the box provided for each product. Quantity is set to 0 by default. Click "add selected products to cart" button. Shopping Cart will automatically displays with the products you selected.
- When you are done shopping, click on the "Go to Checkout" link located at the lower right-hand side of the page. This link will prompt you to login (old customer) or create an account (new customer) then click "Submit" .
- Step 1 - Choose Shipping Method, then click "Continue Checkout".
- Step 2 - Choose Payment Method, then click "Continue Checkout".
- Step 3 - Order Confirmation: The page also displays the details of your order so that you could double-check your order
- When done, click the "Confirm the Order" button to continue.
- If you opted to pay thru Yespayments facility, you will be redirected to Yespayment Website to process your credit card transactions.
- Otherwise, you will be redirected to the "Success Page" wherein the system displays and sends order confirmation via e-mail containing all details needed for your payment remittance in favor of The Astra Group, Inc.

| Click Other bank if you are going to use the remittance or bank transfer facility of other banks not mentioned above as well as Western Union, and Xoom. |
- Payment through aforementioned partner banks' branches or correspondent banks overseas:
- Proceed to the bank.
- Fill up the remittance or money transfer form indicating The Astra Group, Inc. as the beneficiary as well as the corresponding bank account number of the company maintained at the bank which will be handling the money transfer. Listed in your order confirmation are the selected bank name and the corresponding bank account number that you will use when transacting with a particular bank. Bank may require the unique transaction number generated by online shop in the Astra Group's website. Please make sure you have this information before proceding to the bank.

Shipment

- Deliveries to local destinations for Xtreme Mics are free. We ship through several courier services locally. Delivery usualy takes around 3 to 5 working days.
- International

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the completed order and the country of destination. When you place an order, the the online shopping cart system will generate the corresponding shipping fee and will add it together with the total amount of products that you have ordered. Duties and taxes, if any, will be shouldered by the buyer.
