Thank you for purchasing our product. Below are the guidelines under which your Magicsing are covered under our terms and warranty:

  1. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by The Astra Group, Inc and our Credit Card Gateway. We may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.
  2. Buyer outside the Philippine territory shall pay all duties and taxes and other official charges as the costs of carrying out customs formalities for goods transit through another country.
  3. 2- year warranty – covers free service against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase (applicable only in the Philippines).
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items (factory defect) or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items within 7 days upon receipt of the goods and shall inform us by emailing at sales@agi.com.ph
  5. Shipping charges for the defective goods for repair in the Philippines for both inbound and outbound freight including customs duties and taxes shall be at the expense of the buyer.
