Warranty


Enter Tech Co., Ltd (ET), thru Enter International Phils., Inc. (EIP) warrants the Magic Sing Microphone against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

 

Subject To:

 

1. ET will, at no charge, either repair your Xtreme Magic Sing Videoke Microphone (with new parts) or replace it with a new unit during the warranty period provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Replaced parts are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period. All replaced parts of the product shall become property of ET. This express limited warranty is extended by ET to the original end-user purchaser and is not assignable to any other party.

 

2. ET cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by ET which is attached to or used in connection with the product.

 

3. Customer must provide proof of purchase (bearing the date of purchase and the product's serial number) in order to receive warranty service. Warranty service will be provided by ET through one of its authorized warranty service centers.

 

4. This warranty does not cover:

 

- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product other than its normal and customary use.

- Defects or damage from misuse (breakage, spillage of liquid substances that short-circuit the electronic boards and battery leakage, etc.)

- Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, installation, alteration, modification or adjustment.

- A product subjected to unauthorized product modifications, disassembly, or repairs which adversely affect the performance of the product.

- Product which has had the serial number and the warranty seal removed or made illegible.

- Scratches or other cosmetic damage to the product that do not affect the operation. Normal and customary wear and tear.
