How to place order?

Step 1: Create an account with valid email: Click “Login/Register”
Step 2: Choose the desired product and “Add to Cart”
Step 3: When finish shopping, proceed to “check-out”.
Step 4: Fill-out shipping/billing information.

  • Choose Shipping Zone to see the total amount purchased including VAT and shipping fee.

Is "Cash on Delivery" available?

COD is not available but you can choose “Dragon Pay” payment method for over-the-counter payment transactions.

What are your payment options?

Purchase is valid for cash (Dragon Pay) and straight card payment (Paypal) only.

What are your payment facilities?

You may pay via PAYPAL for credit and debit card holders. DRAGON PAY/PAYMAYA for over-the-counter payments.

How can I order if I don’t have Paypal Account but I have a credit/debit card, do I need to create Paypal Account?

No need to create Paypal Account, just fill-out required information needed by Paypal.

Do I need to pay for Shipping Fee/How much is the shipping fee?

FREE Shipping fee NATIONWIDE (for main units). All deliveries outside the Philippines will have corresponding fees based on the products' weight and delivery location.

How can I update songs in my magic sing unit?

Song upgrade for ED/EG & ET up to Bluetooth Smart Technology series (Non-Wi-Fi) are via Magic Sing song chip.
Song upgrade for Wi-Fi Technology Series, you can access more songs via Magic Sing Karaoke Application and install it on your Smart Device.

How can I view songs included per song chips?

Go to “Song Search” tab and on search engine just type the initial letters and volume of the desired song chip.

Ex. “XCV1” for Xtreme Collection 1 or “PC1” for Premium Collection 1.

How will I know if the song chip is compatible to my unit?

You may view per item’s product description to know compatibility or click this picture for Compatibility Chart.

Can I bring my Magic Sing unit abroad?

Yes. The package includes Autovolt Adapter (100 ~ 240 volts) for worldwide compatibility.

How to play media files using USB device? (Exclusive for HD Videoke and SmartVideoke units)

Save media files (video, photo or music) on your USB flashdrive then insert to your Magic Sing unit.

*HD videoke can play a video up to 720p resolution for Diamond and Gem Smartvideoke models and 1080p resolution or 4k videoke in 30fps for Wi-Fi technology series.

How to use Magic Sing Karaoke App and how to register the voucher?

 Download the Magic Sing Karaoke Application thru Google Play Store and Apple Apps Store then launch the application from your smart device.

Here are the steps on how to register and use the Magic Sing Karaoke App:

For Android user:

Step 1. Go to configuration>go to Log-in>input your valid e-mail and your nickname then tap done.

Step 2. To register the voucher code: Go to voucher registration and input the voucher code. (Do not include special characters like (-) hyphen).

Step 3. You will see at the upper portion of your phone screen the expiration date or validity of the voucher.

For iOS user:

Step 1. Launch the Safari browser then type www.magicsing.xyz/coupon.

Step 2. Input your email address and the voucher code. (Do not include special characters like (-) hyphen).

Step 3. Once your registration becomes successful, go back to the app's configuration. Log-in the e-mail that you registered in Safari. Set nickname and tap done.

Step 4. You will see at the upper portion of your phone screen the expiration date or validity of your voucher.
